any chance you can get hold with him and ask for some photo?or even borrow it from him?As soon as I have a pair, even it's un-fit,I can remake the whole thing to perfect fit by my factory,I can still make something without a mould guard, but it will cost me more time to do it.

Someone on here 'showvr' fitted some of the guards that were on trademe, they were USDM spec and didn't line up very well, especially at the bottom, the sideskirts didn't line up at all.

I don't think so, he doesn't have them any more, he sold them to someone else. That was one of the sets on trademe.

The shape before the one you have the evo front for.

I have only found one place that makes the guards for this shape galant, and apparently they are really hard to come by.

I don't know, but the factory manager suggest me to get him something before they help me to work on it....look like it will take me a lots of time to make one,of coz if I arrange to make it,it will bolt straight on,I would like to know how many ppl would be interest on it before I go any further, the price would be about $750 a pair for sure.

I would pay that much for a pair molded off the original guards that fitted the car properly.

If you are going to the trouble of moulding guards, why not make them wider to accommodate wider wheels? 30mm wider would probably do it.

I've got a pair of those FN vented guards and IN NO WAY do you want to be using those. Cost me a couple of hundred for them and they looked mint from the trade me pics of it and I was uber careful to ask the guy if the would pretty much bolt straight onto my 8g leggy. They don't in anyway shape or form. Ive been hitting the arsehole I bought them off months for a refund but he's bitching that he can't do that and the best he'll do me is have me pay him another $500 for his "mate" to "fix" them. So the entire things turn a fair bit pooey and it's come down to me getting my lawyers involved now.

USE GUARDS FROM ORIGINALS AS A BASE PLATFORM PLEASE
I'm not arguing...I'm just offering an endless series of contrary points of view.

Yeah, I dont need this sort of thing on top of assignments and what little family time I get. But it would be nice to see some more gear for our cars like bumpers and fenders and skirts. especially skirts. Not a big fan of having giant driving lights like an evo, but the rest looks nice on that bumper.
