Japfest Tickets And Instructions Have Arrived !

Guys,

The entrance tickets and car passes have arrived for Japfest !

Here are some instructions that were enclosed:

Tickets: You will need to exchange your entrance ticket for a pocket guide at the entry gates. All adults will need a ticket or pay £10.00 on the gate - under 14's are free. Those not in possession of a vehicle pass, please park in the main public car park.

General: Please use the entrance to Castle Combe sign posted "Competitors Entrance - Pass Holders Only" which will be open to Clubs from 7.00am. Please note that for safety reasons no cars must be moved from the infield area until 4.30pm. No animals are allowed. The show will open to the general public at 9am and close at 5pm

Track Time: Chris - I have a seperate pack to send you with full instructions etc, but your briefing time will be 2pm and your track time is 3.20pm

Trading: Please note that commercial companies trading from your stand will be asked to leave Japfest. Clubs are allowed to sell memberships, club memorabilia and related items on their stand.

I will be posting the car passes and entrance tickets to those who are attending tomorrow so you should get them by Monday latest.

Yeah, its been mentioned.. wanna get my car on there.. im sure its going to be fairly cheap aswell. compared to normal "in-house" rolling roads....
