get to the payment page to renew my membership... did all the steps up to that with no problems, them, BAM... won't come up... just need to paypal payment to someone... thanks

what do you mean by BAM it wont come up? what won't come up? does it not redirect you to paypal?

no redirection at all... just comes up a blank screen

k, let me get a better idea..

at which step does it fail?

1. Enter your Personal Details
1a once submitted a redirect page appears stating..

Redirecting, please be patient.


Your Application has been submitted, Thank you.

You will shorlty be redirected to the payment selection screen.

2. Once redirected you are presented with options to pay, like this..



3. Once selected you are then asked to select payment method, because we only have paypal, we click on Order Using Paypal

4. You are then directed to Paypal to make a payment.

5. Once paid you are returned to CVR4 when you click Return to merchant.

Hope that helps narrow down where it's happening.

Just for reference Barry, we did receive two payments via the system yesterday - both UK members - not sure if it helps pinpoint when a problem occurred, or if related to outside UK.

it never gets to step #2... it says it's going to redirect, then attempts to load the page, but never does

Would it be possible to try it again now? unfortunatly you will have to submit your details again however that should only take a second - It will allow me to capture any problems.

I'm now a paid up member...hopefully be picking the car up early next week! The link from the front page seems to go to a different page to the one that I followed from The Vee's signature...the signature link seems to work.
