Why do the smilies keep changing?

I thought it was just me but I've taken note now and them damn smilies ARE moving around in order!!! :rolleyes5 is there any reason for this? when I go to add a smilie, sometimes it will be on the first smilie list another time I have to select 'more' and then find the little bugger there instead, other times they move around where they are. spooky I tell ya, spooky! :scared1:
