    Booked car in for service

As I have been driving back and forth too Fleetwood 424 miles round trip with my belongings for the last so many weeks I've lost count so car is now looking at a service
Decided that I would use my local Mits garage in Aylesbury before trying to get in done in Blackpool
Booked car in for its 49500 service for Friday this week
Not the greatest time as Friday is the last day in Aylesbury
Have made is clear to the garage I need it back ASAP
They have said yeap no problem will be ready at 11.00am
I hope they dont mess me about
    Drop car off at 8.00am
Pick car up at 11.00am or earlier
    Load car up
Drop keys in at Estate agents
    Drive to Fleetwood

I think the 45000 is the cam belt. Hopefully then, the 49500 is a little one. I had one of those last week (22500) it cost £209.

Pete cam belt plugs etc were done about 3 months ago 45000 (£900)
So this is a small service AYC / Engine oil and check a few bits out
Should as Nick M has stated about £200 - £220

That explains why they can turn it around in 3hrs. Would be great to get a camera in there and see what they ACTUALLY do for the £200! (not that I distrust main dealers )

If I remember, I'll post the breakdown for mine tonight. The biggest part was labour. They also advised that my power steering belt is in bad condition?! I haven't had a look yet.

Mitsubishi now recommend the cambelts get replaced after 54,000 miles rather than 45,000 - 12 weeks and saving ...
