    Osram Night Breaker

Following on from the success people have had with Osram Silverstar (+50%) and Philips Ultimate (+80%) bulbs...

Osram have just released their "Night breaker" series of +90% bulbs. When my silverstars go I will be a guinea pig for these...
It's been a crazy year, But through all the damage done,
I have turned and I have learned, To make next year a better one,
    Singing Oh Hallelujah,
    Singing Oh I am home.

Osram pluggage on their site: I've been very impressed with the silverstar...

may just switch the silverstar into the SAAB, and treat my eyes & the VR4 to NightBreakers

The trouble with a VR4 is that it *is* faste rthan the speed of light.
    Especially at night

Nah, I just skipped to HIDs LOL
I loved the other two mentioned so the +90s% ones should really rock. I'll probably uprate my fog and full beam bulbs.

ok you can abuse me if ya like i deserve it. I went to Halfords for some side light bulbs. 50% brighter superbrilliance lightblue 2 for 1 offer caught my eye so i said "feck it i'll get them too" went to the check out ,ask how much to fit them (lazy, cold outside) 6.19euro she says "thats wrong " says i to meself "ok then i'll have them fitted, thanks" so me and spotty teenager go out to the car .first thing , wrong bulbs for the high beam not h7's according to their charts they were right ,so i went back in and got some laserblue h?'s and got 6euro back.so while i'm in the store the youngfella has been at the sidelight bulbs and he's got the first one done already, i'm impressed.then he says the screws were a bit tricky but he got them."hmmm screws" thats doesen't sound right. so i watch him do the second one. he doesn't unplug the mainbuld just puts his finger in unclips it and pulls the whole lot out by the rubber cup,and then unscrews the bracket holding the sidebulb(only have the car 2 weeks so i'm not to sure of where everything should go) and whoops drops a screw, into the headlight housing but not where you can see it, then the headlight bulb reflector thingy falls into the lense cause that was held in by the bracket .so while he struggles with that i check the one he's already done and find that its not clipped in,so by this stage the first screw is lost and he's gone off to get another......(this is getting long winded) 1hour and 20 minutes and 2 lost screws later i left vowing never again, ever !!!!!!

Highly recommended, the Philips, by me too - especicially if you have the clear glass lenses on the facelift Galants as you really notice the brightness...

Shop around too as you can get them cheaper that the advertised £32.99 - this place, for example, is knocking them out for £26.99 with free postage and packing!
