long story short - 4 of us passed a honda going below the speed limit. when i passed the **** sped up. turned out it was an unmark patrol car and he had sped up to get a pace check on me. hence why im contesting as i would of had to have gone the 136k if he hadnt been a dork and paced check me while i was on the wrong side of the road!
