To be honest PMs were stopped nearly a year ago when the system was automated as it was deemed excessive. The reminder thread was stopped for one month, but this was reinstated and has been every month since in the members area, as although the auto reminders were going out, they were still being overlooked. So from next month on I will do the PMs again manually, just in case the auto bit isn't working. Oddly, I can't tell if the auto bit works from this end unless somebody tells me. I try not to get involved too much with the Techy side, just use the resources.
I'm sorry if this has caught out one or two members but the system had to be updated and it certainly sent the final reminder!!
On the plus side, renewal will be from point of payment so there have been some 14 month years.

It makes sense the people Andy has just "struck off" did not get an automated reminder....this was the issue he was sorting, i.e. they were part of the automated issue he identified. However, Andy always posted the manual list in the members area at the start of each month.
