Hey guys,
Jason here from the old penial colony to the south. I have been a member of www.ozvr4.com.au for a while now and am about to take delivery of my Galant. I also have a 1975 Galant GTO in the shed that is very much a project ATM. Although I am Australian, I am a first Gen. both my parents were born in Stoke on Trent and my wife was born in Sussex. Thought I would head over and check you lot out.

Hello Jason and welcome! Nice to see another Aussie on here. If you've been on ozvr4 you will no doubt recognise a few names on here!

I too have an old Galant in the Garage, though mine's a 1976 Colt Galant 1.6 Hardtop - It's more or less identical to the 2 door Galant GD that you guys have over there. It's slowly starting to look like a car and not a heap again!

Cheers guys, sweet reception. My car has been delayed by customs, left Brisvagas on the 10th so looking towards getting it some time mid next week. Yes our country is huge
Still think you lot shoulda moved out here and left the cold to the convicts too late now
Open roads, brilliant hilly/twistys within 10 mins of every city, no ice/snow and phuck all rain, and no speed limit in the Northern Teritiory. sweet bliss.

Sadly it's true But there is also an 80k lomit in the Adelaide hills
