A Legnum with 6A13TT my speed limiter cut in at 191kph measured by GPS App. Speedo is maxxed at 180 kph...
Easily managed 130mph (209 KPH). Then popped it into 5th.

In factory auto spec 0.55-0.65 bar I would expect to get about 150 mph indicated on speedo in 5th @ 5500 rpm at which point the turbos can't supply enough air to go any quicker.
Not that I would do that, I just know this is what happens.

It was certainly at it's rev limit if that's what you mean. i ran out of road to go any quicker or I would have taken it to the max in 5th. Another day perhaps.
