IMO its hard enough to see at night with the vr4's lights, no pint hindering it further.
I have pretty bright HID lights. They cover the high beam a little which i never use anyway.

You should beable to get a WOF with them on. I had no problem with them when they tested them in the light machine.
The only problem I had was there was no pattern in one of them, but that was due to a bulb not being in correctly.

I have the same ones as Fully and Gly and they are just enough to put an evil inwards slant on the already shark like face of the galant.
