Lee, just can't understand what is happening to yours - very strange. TBH can't remember the date the replacements went out as I still have the original pack sent date. I will see if there is a more secure way to send another (maybe arrange another trip to the ring and hand deliver it ) Please PM confirmation of your address as I know I've had three different ones. We will get this sorted

Andy will PM some details to you again. TBH it's not a big issue and I don't want funds to be wasted if you have to keep resending. Post here normally takes 2-3 days longer than in the UK but the last I had heard was that you had to wait out for the new stock. Perhaps it's not been long enough...or maybe you forgot to post it out after waiting

New stock did indeed come in and everything was sorted. But it is an issue for me, only just to know everybody gets what they should. Anyhow, got your PM and that is the latest addy I have, so off to the PO tomorrow morning.
