WTB: Wiper Arm

Hey my drivers side wiper arm has gone all crappy, the paint has started flaking off.

If anyone is breaking a car, i'd be interested in taking the arm from them

I thought about taking it off and rubbing down and re spraying, but just figured if I could buy one for a tenner or something, it would be much much less hassle!!

Yep same on both our cars, and both drivers side......one of those "must get around to" jobs

I have re-sprayed 3 sets of wiper arms on the 5 galants I have owned. It is something that they do!

Yep they all do! As a quick repair on mine I just thinly coated the bits where the paint flaked off with waxoyl underseal (black) Lasts for ages and doesn't really show unless you look for it. First done as a quick bodge but it does look a lot better than it did!

Yep aluminium wiper arms do that, mine has a nice white paint free bit on the n/s arm, lovely......

Rubbed down and resprayed mine last summer. Didn't take long and looks so much better now!

Hahahaha not a chance, they'll charge some rediculous figure! I'll rub down and spray, once the weather improves!
