At last, at long, long last, I've only flamin' got the VR-4!

Well, the title gives it away.

I have now taken delivery of my minty fresh Legnum VR-4 from Newera Imports.

Pictures would have followed, but it seems to have pretty much peed it down since I've had it!

So watch this space!

Suffice to say, I am absoblimminlutely chuffed to bits. I didn't know it was going to be THIS good.

Of course, some of you will get a nosey on Sunday - see you there!

Well, there were two pics that I took before leaving Newera yesterday. One's a bit blurry I'm afraid... (I have scaled these down)

In my first twenty-four hours of ownership, I managed to clock up 400 miles, carry a single bed and table, and blow off one of the turbo pipes!

Which I needed the AA to fix

I am also now on my third tank of fuel... oh, welcome to the future, and the future's rosy (for the oil companies)

I couldn't stop looking at and driving my car when I first got it. Luckily the appeal doesn't fade and I still find myself looking out of the window now and again just to see it sitting on the drive.

Nev, congrats Bud. I will come and drool all over your new toy on sunday..... it looks lovely. I can only echo what all have said 5 weeks in and love it, when I've got rid of my wobbly brakes - next week hopefully - then it will be nirvana.....

Now you will be able to drool all over my new custom exhaust I had made today, now it sounds gorgeous too, as well as looking 'bad boy' with its 4" flame blued tip....... One day I may grow up

If anyone's interested - the first two tanks were both drained at 20.9 mpg! I'm quite pleased with that!

Yes, I was wondering if I've been driving too slow - but I don't want to kill it yet (or me, I suppose )!

It also came with the Japanese manual and service book, and about 100kgs of AV equipment and wiring. What is it about the Japanese and their TV systems?!

Anyway, it seems to have stopped raining, so I might have to get the bucket and sponge out...

Looks like a nice motor, you'll be well chuffed, I've been the same ..... out in mine every chance I get .... been through 3 tanks since thursday last .... I darent even work out the MPG.
