I orderd some items. I paid by credit card, they approved the order. Since a month I did not receive the tracking number for the shipment also they are not responding to my e-mails.

any suggestions.......

Very surprised and sad to hear that.

I've ordered a number of times from RHD and not had a problem to date. Several others on here have also got stuff without problems as far as I know.

The orders can sometimes take awhile, usually RHD is waiting for the parts to be shipped to them. Once they have them they usually dispatch promptly.

The most concerning thing for me is the lack of e-mail contact.

Russell and Patrick (the owners) are always quick to reply. Just wondering if they have a public holiday or something there in Japan at the moment maybe.

Hope it all comes right soon.

Make sure you recieve the amount you paid in your own currency!

I made an order with them, and through an error regarding the shipping weight (1.5 versus actual of 15kg), which voided the transaction, one week later i got my money back via paypal, during which time the $ had moved slightly, and i lost $70ish NZ No fault on my own, especially annoying since i had emailed them twice confirming that it was a final price, since their add says buy now and save... which actually means buy now and pay the price shown, instead of a second more rediculous price.

I didnt bother pursuing it, but it left me with a poor impression of buying from offshore suppliers, and RHDjapan.

packed up and shipped within 36hours....

now the 3-7 business days wait for it to arrive.

a sard FPR, and sard fuel rail adaptor,
only $158.17aus

much cheaper than the $220-250 they want on trademe, without rail adaptor
which would be anoth $40


just getting something small to see what there service is like,
ill get more stuff it this order goes well.

got my eye on the cusco anti-sway/roll bars,
and a few other shiney bits.

I have never had a problem with them, always delivered when they said they would. Cant fault them at all.... or their gift wrapping service!

With the continual increase of parts on our site, we cannot completely stock everything on our site and being centrally located in Tokyo, this is normally not a problem with the manufacturers as they normally keep good stocks of items. In some cases, items can be on back order or made to order. If you contact us first we will let you know if any delay will be foreseen. Also, we have all of our contact information on the site including e-mail, phone number, address.

As for any order cancellations that may happen, we always make these as soon as possible and in full. As we accept a variety of different currencies, there should be no reason to change your own currency to purchase with us.
