im interested but before anything else my mate said he should be able to make a mould then make some fiber glass ones so i can just forget about them rusting again
You also lose a lot of strength and rigidity by not having them in solid metal.

they dont do "bulk disscounts" .....
Just tried to order both rear arches for a saloon from http://www.atp-autoteile.de/ their part numbers 418667 & 418668, and have been told they are no longer availiable
Didn't enquire after the estate versions, as I believe they won't fit my saloon...
