Air Con

still looking for the mauve galant but its being a bit elusive at the minute, I have seen a nice black one with the mmcs screen, I've read a few threads about the system but have a question. As it controls the air con, if I rip it out how do you control the temp? or am I missing something

I'm sure the mmcs screen works for the AC etc just not the Sat Nav

I think that someone has replaced the MMCS with a more workable Climate Control unit and seperate stereo. IIRC the wiring looms have the same connections for the vast majority. To be honest though, if I were you, I wouldn't believe what I said without searching and finding the thread!

cheers guys, I think the general rule is, if it aont broke dont fix it, so maybe I will just settle for a cd upgrade. That is assuming I go for the car. Its not the one I want and if I'm spending 6 grand on a car I really should wait for the right one.
