could anyone tell me if the 96 legnum turbos are the same as the mitsy 92 gto seen the pair for sale considering buying if they are the same would appreciate your expert replys

No ian they are not the same , ours are td03 - 7b , the GTO uses tdo4 / 9b's which are a whole load of pain to fit .

There was a place in Japan selling them on ebay a few weeks ago , JAWharehouse or something , maybe worth droping them an email and asking if they can still get them

Not to split hairs, the jdm gto used td04 9b's where as the uk 3000gt has 13G's. They do fit, but you are in need of a custom manifold for the front at least. As Valmes and others have done, if you are considering it try a scoobie td04 13t, they're not a direct fit, but a hell of a lot easier to do

The mitsubishi td04 serise wont really go on without custom manifolds. Even with adaptor plates it wouldnt really work.

When you jump onto Subaru fitments you can re-drill the footplate and it will enable you to get a TD04 13T on there, but again its hardly a direct bolt on. We have managed to squeeze a set of subaru fitment TD0520G's on marks one, but i will tell you now- it isnt pretty!
