    trip box oil change problems

    hi changed atf today and pulled the bung out to find 4 strips of metal about 2inches long attached to the magnet now im afried of driving the dam thing now in case i do more damage mine has the internal filter inside the box any answers men

    they look like they are all the same thing and look like they've just fallen out or something! Bit strange. I wonder if anyone would recognise them?

    Hmmm i'd be a little worried , not sure what they are but the fact they are uniform lenght i would wonder if they are splines from a gear set in the box ,

    how did it drive before you change the fuild ?

    dont no there is no mot on it and i have only bought it but the guy i bought it of said there was no issues with the box it drove alright
