thats like 3 in the last week that ive read ?


is there some thing i should know about ??

i was seriously considering moving to NZ , not only cos its the place where galants and legnums roam free , but also for the fact that england has got a bout 6 yrs or so until it collapses under its own immigration weakness , political correctness/ (health and safety) police incompetance/ helplessness ~brought about by a combination of red tape and the previous 2 factors and the ever deteriorating economy,

and now i keep hearing about vr4's bein stolen im my future land of milk and honey ?!

help me out here anyone ??

NZ is no better... in fact its already started happening IMO

Yeah, we're a little way behind the UK, but doing our best to catch up

And yeah VR4's arent necessarily any more of a theft target than other turbos, but there does seem to be an endless stream of smash and grabs in auckland. I avoid taking my car to town at night..

But i think its more of a case of there being more to steal, so you hear of more of them..

Id say less than 1 in 200 VR4's make their way to ClubVR4, theres a few kicking around

But yeah, things aint all that bad.. what with the 20odd% rise in petrol in the last 6 months you can get yourself a shiney VR4 for your extra $5k

car theft in nz is DUMB you have no state lines to cross. no country boarders to get over... just water and no one likes a flooded car lol.

but i know what you mean about smash and grabs...

4 years ago in my inspire i had a full car stereo setup. 7 g worth. came out from the movies and HELLO it was alll gone. just my car minus some subs, amps and head unit.
