Access denied to a thread?

I am looking for a VR4 logo, a Jpeg or whatever, and did a search, and founthis link:

But when I click on it I get a message saying" you do not have priviledges etc can anyone clarify? I am up to date and a member etc, ?.
Or if someone can point me to a VR4 logo please, ta, Louis

That's in the Committee forum. It shouldn't appear on searches.

Right, I've fixed the searching bug, just the wrong box ticked!!
