Engine Management/TCL Off Lights

I have a problem - engine management light comes on after 15 mins driving and at the same time the TCL Off light comes on as well. Anyone come across this before and know the answer? Thanks for all anticipated answers!!!

Ooops! - Two mistakes a) should have searched first and b) wrong forum!!! Have now done a search and come up with a few possible solutions so will try those before re-submitting if need be!
