After having a read of some threads.

If there isn't, im based in wellington anywhere locally that can do the piping for my VR.
Thanks to anyone who offers assistance.

VR-4
the feed back on the trade me ones have been pretty average - ask Gly!!
if you get a shop to do the piping you will be looking at the $1200 mark
Thanks guys.
Cheers for the response

isnt that the one Gly said to stay away from??
nah i think it was streetbitz? or are they the same????
cant remember?
Driftside are different, though we have never actually seen any of their work...
As far as I know, they're not the ones Gly said to stay away from.
I'm planning to get one from them in the coming months, so if no one else knows, we will then!
driftsideracing had a sale on was selling kits without intercoolers for $99 on trademe, and there were a couple or so, i clicked buy now thinking it was a great buy, without clamps and joiners just the piping, finds out later that its so cheap because it is not a 100% fit and will require some mods done to it that not even the sale guy knows of. I had an email from hm 1 week after i actually asked if its a 100% fit.
If thats true, then the advertising on their auctions is over the top:

Hey show Whenz for the link.
They look all good, and for $500.00 for piping now a bad deal.
If it fits haha
Ive jsut done some enquiries.
If its a go, i will post up how the fit was when competed.
Front mount should be all done by early september.
hey there all!
Im marcus and new to the club. been looking round for a intercooler kit too and seen you guys talking bout driftside racing. i've fitted one of there so called (guarantee fitment) intercooler kits befor to a WRX and it was far from perfect. what should of been an easy fit took 10hours and alot of modifying to internal panelwork and the front bumper also. so i hit the guy up on trademe about one of their kits for legnum. check out there reply's to me:

it is a shame cause its one of the nicer looking kits around as its a full replacement not just the bottom half.
great club by the way. i've just bought a 99 vr4 legnum but have had a tt gto for about 4 years now
too good to be tru aye...
LoL @ the non-VR4 pictured in the advertisement.
at least you got an honest answer to a direct question. Better than the evasive replies you usually get!
So it looks like no one sells fitted kits then?
Yeah at the moment im in the process of getting a quote from Shred Industries.
who are a greaat bunch of honest guys.
Will let you know how that all goes,
hybrid performance in ausi recon they will have a kit avalible in the next month. they've gotten some good results from other kits they've created.
bloody glad i didnt buy the driftside racing kit to find it didnt fit lol. would of been furious!
