I think it is ugly
It is not quite right for me.
I like the idea, but the height change from the edge to the middle of the bottom of the front bumper spoils it. If the bumper stayed the same height from the floor and the lower mouth was deeper, I think it would look a lot better.

I think it would look better if they deleted the useless lights on each side of the air scoop - that and the stupid bonnet emblem thing.
If the headlight clusters looked similar to that Alfa (the one with the six headlights) it would look good.
