    jaysback,

Interested in the HID conversion - looks good. Is this a UK-spec conversion?, because I'd heard of Japanese-standard HID units failing the SVA and MOT tests INSERT INTO post VALUES (don't know why, unless it's because UK ones need to have electronic levelling control IIRC).

    hi m8.
dont think you will get a conversion that is road legal.
    show use only
if u know what i mean

but with so many different types of bulbs out now, who knows what u r using.
when i have used them at night they rock.
road signs, reflectors on bikes etc r much more visable
and if adjusted properly u get no grief from oncoming traffic.

strickly on a private road though.

    i got the kit from

    http://www.xenonvalot.com/gallery.html

mikko is the man to speak to.
tell him jason from the u.k. sent u

Cheers, Jason. Thanks. So, did you do just a bulb conversion, or the whole headlamp unit?

just changed dipped beam for their 8000k kit.
they dont do this 1 anymore but should think that the 7000k 1 will look and work just aswell.
also have put led side lights in.
the normal ones make the headlight look yellow.
u need to modify the bulb holder tho. due to the led lamps being push fit and the standard ones are bayonet.
dont tell anyone but i used reliant INSERT INTO post VALUES (yes u heard right) reliant lamp holders.
