fault code 77 ? pls help also clock fault

Hi everyone, i am having trouble with my local garage and mitsubishi uk helping me to solve a fault code which is coming up, basically what happens is the traction control light off turns on then a few seconds later the engine management light comes on, when the traction control light turns on you cant turn it on or off the light just displays that it is off yet it does still work and driving is not affected at all. when the garage plugged in their computer it read code 77 vac vent solenoid,they cant seem to find out what this is pls help

also one more little problem my clock display flickers on and off,if you tap the dash it may turn back on, any ideas how to remove the clock to look at the wiring,i tried to remove the top part and cant ,i dont want to force it and damage anything

TCL - Usually the vaccuum pipes connecting to the grey tank that sits on the right hand side of the bulkhead. Search the forums for 'TCL' or similar and you'll see lots of threads.
