"Facelift"

Hi guys,

I have often read the term 'Pre-facelift', 'Post-facelift' etc.

Just what differences are there between the Pre and Post models? And are the two designated differently apart from the Pre/Post name? Mine is a 1998 VR4 saloon on an 'R' registration (document says manufactured on 31/12/98) ..... I understand it's a pre-facelift model - so what did I lose out on, lol?

Post facelift has a different front bumper, plus plastic wheel arch extensions. Different alloys on the type S. 20 bhp more on the tiptronic model. Different interior options.
