Upright. = can be on any angle
But Readable.
Lit at night.

Only if it is still lit at night, I have seen some shocking ones where they didn't put a new numberplate light in lol

lol indeed it lit up like a xmas tree,had a 200mm long amber led HELLA pencil flatmount ligh in there at the top
