I cant get the horn on

probably because my car dont have one !

With it having the TV built into the steering wheel, there is no horn. I'm pretty sure this will be an instant MOT failure ! now... I can either replace the wheel with the original & lose the tele, or...... fit an aftermarket horn elsewhere ? on the dash for example.... would this be MOT legal?
