Electrical problems - No dash lights.

Turn the key on and have no power at the dash only.
When I turn the key the on everything comes on apart from the dash.
The radiator fan come on, lights..etc everything works apart from the dash, it will crank.
I have pulled and checked every fuse with a multi meter in the bonnet and under the steering wheel.

    Any ideas anyone?

I'm just about to pull the ignition switch out and check the continuity
    between the terminals.

    Its not a fuse.
I think its the switch at the back of the key barrel.

I was having issues with a head light fuse, fortunately Carsten was there when I checked them, using a multimeter, they read fine but it was blown, you might have to remove them to check them properly.

    Thanks for all your replys
    But.....
In my first post I said I have pulled out every fuse and checked them with a multi meter.

Ignition switch was the problem. Pulled it apart and cleaned all the black crud off the terminals, hopefully it works when its all back together. /crosses fingers.
