Was a pretty good day.

Lots of sunshine, fast roads, bumpy roads and good company....

Was good to meet Karl finally.

Wynn decided to turn up with a car in this state.... ewwww!


On the way up Ness tried to be Wynn and take some in the mirror pics, heres the best one..

When we got to Featherston after a little stop, we headed out to Martinbourgh, with Wynn having a play with an XJR Jag, and the rest of us getting caught behind a Mr Whippy truck doing 70k all the way into Marinbourgh.

After a quick rest stop we went to Lake Ferry which has some awesome roads!

Wynn, Karl and I got a bit ahead of Jan and Nick, but we stopped in as little town not far from our destination for them to catch up..

We then headed off to Lake Ferry for lunch in the pub and a bit of car talk.

Yeah was great to meet you everyone, alot of fun on those back roads!
Must have been goin a little to hard as i blew one on the intercooler pipes off on on my home, so got home fixed that and put me fog lamp back in hahahaha, Thanks for planning eveything guys !

So I missed this thread and mistakenly posted my pictures here didn't I..............

And Jan's done the same here too...........

So my car was a little less than clean when I arrived.............

Boy did we splatter a few bugs or what. And Jeremy, by not washing it beforehand, I saved having to wash it twice as it surely needed washing by the time we got home, which I did before it was put away for next time.............

By the way, the Jag was an XK8, and maybe supercharged. Not sure as I flew by so quickly I didn't get a chance to see............. ha ha.........

Anyway, great day, great roads, great people.............. and great cars, what more could you want............

Forget Mr Plod, I'm in way more trouble than that............ Was showing number 3 son your video clip, preceded I must say with the words "do as I say, not as I do" to him, when the better half walks into the room, sees said video and now............... you can guess the rest.............

Oh well, the fun drive made it worth it...........
