Yeah great road going up the Cairn o' Mount. Cought some air on some of the bump on the way up. The tops about 1500ft above sea level.
Thought I recognised that car park. Driving that road at night is a suspension killerOriginally Posted by fluffnik

Hi guys if you look at the pics you'll see my car is the only one with the centre peace in the bumper & I pointed it out yesterday but not any more .
Had the wife & kids out today went done to Arbroath. turned in to a car park hit the kerb & crunch.
Its not to bad & its still in one peace.
I'm going to super glue it back on but what I dont understand is why put this on ower cars when there not suppost to be towed anyway?
Well, not towed very far. Plus you might need something for the winch cable to attach to to get it onto the back of a low loader!
Glad you've still got it though, and that it's not been left somewhere in the Scottish wilderness!

Sorry to post late - I had a great time on Saturday. Was good to meet some fellow VR4'ers too and pick up some ideas for tweaks. That was a spirited drive up to Cairn O'Mount too - I've never been up there before either.
By the time we got the A90 I took it easy to wind down.
But I'm watching eBay for one of those Gtechs now, after seeing how small they are.
I wish I'd taken my good camera too - just didn't think before hand. Thanks for posting them up.
You'd be more than welcome & it would be great to see you.Originally Posted by dinger1983

Ooops, I hope we haven't been bidding against each other - I just missed out on one...Originally Posted by phosty
Sorry for bumping the price up / Grrr, you sniped my G-tech! (as appropriate!)
Nice Photos, the ones i took with my phone were terrible. Shame it wasn't a clearer day but the roads were clear...enough.
Enjoyed meeting you all, it was a good day out, my daughter had a great time too, she kept egging me on to go faster when i was thinking i should be slowing down.
Nice to hear you're getting g-techs too, you'll have to post your times on the thread (Searching g tech will find it no probs).
I haven't got around to trying again with an empty car. yet.
