Er, um. I suppose I could avoid eating for the next 5 months... which on the plus side would improve my power to weight ratio!

Sod affording it, if I chuck in a remap for the Leon, I think that could be a winner!

Yes, some say I am the best wife to Nev.

Yes, a remap on the Leon will sway my generosity (there's more power to eek out of my machine), as will an unlimited amount of £££££ for me to spend on new lovely shoes/bags .....etc Oh and that weekend in Newcastle in the New Year.

Once that's all settled - Nev you're 90% of the way to be given a free pass and you will be told "Off you go and play with your favourite toy for the weekend"

Ahhh Amy, you don't know me too well. Not only are the flights booked and paid for, but the hire car is sorted, and a "to do" list is already being made. When I do things they tend to be with military style organisation

In response to the earlier comment, I also do things with military-style organisation. Just a shame that the military in question is the Kyrgystan Army...

Anyway, having assessed that by my unfaltering belief in my ability to repay the brownie points overdraft, I will be attending the 'ring - and the ferry is booked!

I have updated page 1 accordingly.

    Looking good for this trip

If Zandvoort falls through then this trip for me will/should still go ahead...

Goood that you are finally going out there Nev

Maybe convoy down or meet up en route to Dover...?

Yes, a convoy is doable! Depends when you would be planning to go down, as I think I like the plan of the Travelodge (or Premier Inn, etc - whatever it is!) in Dover on the Thursday evening, rather than driving down the Friday morning.

Plenty of time to sort that part out though - I just wanted to get the ferry booked while it was still £37.

I presently have reserved seats on the ferry for Derek and my bro, if one or both of them are coming. Of course, maybe neither will go, but it was no extra cost, so no problem. Further, Derek may of course be taking his Leggie anyway! You never know...

    Stan,

Why don't you come as a passenger if you are hesitant about taking your car...?
