Rear Inner CV joint

I replaced the inner rear cv joint boot tonight but I couldn't separate the joint from the shaft. I used one of those cv boot fitting tools instead. Just wanted to check they do separate as I believed. I didn't want to try too hard and damage it.

The front is a lot easier to change compared to the rear. I had to remove the hub completely to get at the boot

Found where the circlip is so will be easier next time
