The momo wheel with the red on the side was standard on 98 to April 2000 facelifts with the optioned Momo wheel
From the number plate, I reckon it might be an original 'UK car'.

Mine is that way and so is ever VR4 that I can remember seeing.

The hump is supposed to be over the throttle body not at the other end.

Sorry, Roberto but Peter is right.
The hump in the brace is designed to be over the throttle body. If Mitsubishi is the right way up when you stand at the front of the car then it is fitted correctly.

Ah right, wasn't looking at the hump, just the brackets.
