    Japfest Organising Assistance

    Two things:

1: For those who are staying over does one of you have the time to try and arrange the accomodation ?

2: Does anyone have a decent size gazebo they can bring for the day - say 3m x 3m (or is it time for CVR4 to buy one ?) - people can then bring their own seating if they want to

I have a gazebo. Also a large dome tent! Don't think I wil be staying, so don't really want to choose a hotel.

Thanks Nigel and Simon - I reserved a plot for 30 cars, but restricted access to 25 to allow us some room for this.

Dave, at the moment 8 people (and I assume partners) have shown an interest in staying over so if you work on 10 couples for now (in case of latecomers) it's a good start

    Regards

    Pete
