Uprated Intercooler Kits

Yep, i was meant to meantion that.... If someone really wants a differnt colour, say black or red, then it can be done. A load of blue stuff has been ordered, but if you want it can be done. Those with a FL will get a PM today

Gowf fitted my intercooler on Saturday using his kit and I'm very happy with it.

Yep it was a prefacelift. Ive got some pics of the cooler fitted to the car with the IC removed. Il get them on a bit later on

Here's some pics of the car with the PS cooler







Its mounted on the original clip on the chassis leg, using the one of the other clips on the bottom of the lower box section (as can be seen in the pics) and a cable tie on the vertical stay for the bonnet catch. Works well and with no adverse vibration.


Also, there is a choice of colour for the silicone hose, either blue, red or black. As such i have, i have updated the original post stating the colour of silicone hose that individuals want. So the choice is yours peeps

Mwaaarrrrgh! How dare you put me through this pain. I never wanted to see my car in bits like this. That's why we stayed at the hotel all the time..... nothing to do with scoffing all the free food and drinking free beer!
Fair play to Gareth (and Matt, his little helper!). I woke from my slumber in the early evening of Saturday, grabbed a beer and watched the lightning and drizzle through my hotel window. Little did I know that Gowf was slaving away in these conditions. What a hero!
I'll take a photo tomorrow and put it in this thread.

No worries John What colour hoses do you want?, well.... i have promised to do Don's then Kevins, and get the others posted out. Problem is when doing Alans on saturday i decided to modify the kit slightly, just gives it a better fit so to apply this i need a bit more stock to get them all done.

So here is what i'm thinking...... Im off to scotland on wed for a wedding, and wont be back til tues. So unless these parts that ive ordered arive tomorrow morning then it'l be next week before I can start getting everyone sorted.

I'm really sorry about the delay, but i think it will be worth it. That does mean though Ketih that i wont be taking the kit North as promised, Sorry.
