Lost in France

My pride and joy currently sits in a remote French garage distinctly sick. A F/N/S RTA rendered it undrivable and almost certainly an economic write-off as far as the insurance is concerned. Therefore, if I don't get it back to the UK they will break it in France. That's not going to happen so any recommendations for a private recovery from the mid-Pereynnes to Herts would be welcome. The damage has caused the N/S/F wheel to jam against the wing so, at the moment the car will not roll. When, not if, the car returns and just to give me some hope for the future - are '96 Legnum panels the same as any of the more easily found Galants?

yes - panels the same, bumpers slightly different. Wodjo / Zedy ? nutter john may have what u need from one of their breakers

for transport - someone posted a link on the thread your son started for a cut price transportation service that may be a bit cheaper on the pocket.

Is it anywhere near Strasbourg? I'm going there tomorrow for a training course for a couple of days. Could get pics so the more knowledgable cna assess damage and repair options.

It's in a small place called Montdoumerc which is about 50km from Cahors - mid Pyrennes. I've posted a more detailed reply on the thread that my son, Gareth, started whilst we were away. Thanks for the offer.
