I think there 3mm

But as i'm at work i can't confirm

How sure do you think you are at 3mm? i had thought it 5mm but want to be sure im ordering correct pipe!

IIRC they are ID 5mm, but they are rubber compound so wall thickness is much bigger that any silicone you can buy on the market. However silicone vacuum hoses with ID 4mm also fit (strech). Anyway, aftermarket hoses are smaller in OD diameter.
Be aware, that you won't use old Mitsi clips onto silicone hoses (too big), and only the smallest 7mm jubilee (like I did).
