    Ooh, good spot Brad!

We were looking at the HIDs!

Does that mean the HIDs are not aftermarket ones, and instead are the ultra-rare Mitsi ones?

Looking very good! I thought they were the Super lights until you said they were diy!

    Looking cool!

See tommy a lesson in oven control right there instead of an ornithology lesson!

I looked at the super lights but still didnt like the orange indicator cover.

So decided to do it myself.

I was thinking of getting HIDs for the main beam but will probably just get some osram nightbreakers or similar

You can take the orange indicator cover out when you seperate the headlights

Quite liking the silver, but hating the HIDs

You can see from the 2nd picture, when you're above the lights, that there's just so much glare!

I'm going to be ripping the HIDs out of my VR4 as soon as I get a chance - I've had enough of them now!

The title of the thread is a bit misleading as you expect to see a before and after shots. with that kind of statement.

i suppose i never pay any attention to the headlight inners as i have a black car and they are black normaly. no need to do anything with them.

However they do look good on your car. lets hope the headlight heat doesn't start to peel the paint.

    Bye for Now!

Thats exactly what I did with those, just replaced the indicator bulbs with ones that look chrome but shine orange.

Im loving the HID's, but they are angled down a bit so that I dont't blind people.

I think the paint should be ok, ive sprayed the headlight surrounds on a number of the cars I had previously and its never been an issue.
