    ASC-AYC ECU Pinout Series1 fitted with TCL

    ASC ECU Pinout Completed.... for Series 1


    Sample Picture, see attached PDF for complete document

    If you have a Series 1 VR4, the ASC and AYC ECU is a combined unit. (Currently working on AYC ECU for Manual VR4's)

    This Pinout is to be used only with Auto Transmission VR4's equipped with ASC-AYC, for AYC Equipped Manual Transmission VR4's, Please click HERE for correct pinout to suit your Vehicle

    Big thanks to Hipsi form OzVR4 for the Harness and ECU photo's, it's a real bastard of job getting to this ECU let alone getting into a postion to take the pictures, Also to Peter Thomson for comfirmation of ASC&AYC ECU being a combined item, ripped my hair out till he illuminated that its a combined unit, thanks Peter

    Propably a stoopid question... I do not have ASC, but it's a tiptronic, so this is still propably the same ecu pinout than I have?!? Mine is facelift -00 with AYC.

    the diagram says 26pin plug pin 6 is thick black wire to engine ecu
    anyone know where on the engine ecu as its not listed on the ecu pinouts

    12-pin plug (the smallest one), pin 9 (bottom row, third from left)...
