    Yes they are stan.

    I'v noticed this week that she take's off quicker as well. If that make sense.

    Dont know if it has something to do with the standard springs compressing before the wheels get traction. Maybe some of you tec guys can answer that one but there is a diffrence.

    For just under a £170 delivered I'd recommend them to anyone.

    i like the idea of that andy. been down the shorter springs , harder shocks route too many times . the old bones won t take it anymore.

    Its not to bad stan. its still comfortable. She just does'nt bounce about like she used to (I'm not talking about the wife before someone makes a smart comment.)hehe

    just fitted some TEIN springs and KYB gas shocks (thanks Mark4) the old shocks were shagged took me about 3 hours all in but i did also clean and underseal the underside where the shocks mount. feels much better now no squeaks now.
    and it pays to invest in some good spring compressers
    the one i got have a double hook on both ends so they dont move at all.

    after fitting new springs, how long should it take for them to settle down to the correct hight? or is this looking right for Teins
