white leggy, cardiff

spotted, late morning / early afternoon as we was heading intowards cardiff bay, a white legnum, at first we thought it might have been kyle, but this one lacked the yellow lights and black roof. it was heading out of the bay area on that dule carrage way, back towards the m4.
