Gear box Oil - Manual

Hi,
Having just bought myself a VR4 I wanted to give it a good service including changing the gearbox oil. What oil do I need to get , its for a manual gearbox , year 2001.

But what you want is 2.7l of 75/90 GL4,

The transfer box and rear diff are different though

If you are doing a complete service, you will make back your membership fees just in discounts alone for the one service!

Make sure the oil is NOT GL-5 compatable, as some GL-4's are. It's too thin then and your gear changes will be horrible.
