I enjoyed this about the old system.

That was part of vB Plaza which was an add on to the vanilla vB. We got rid of it because it could cause some security issues with the site.

Hmm, possibly Steve. I guess given that no non-members have posted on this thread to date it may make sense.

One thing's for sure ... this is just a sticking plaster job until such time as we upgrade vB anyway. I would hope (expect) things to improve after that.
