Just a thought but thought that us coming from the north could do what we did earlier in the year & meet at the Esso garage on the A702 opposite the entrance to the dry sky slope & golf course then convoy down the A701 which is a great road as those of us that drove it last time will confirm(Col1n with no power steering hehe).
Then meet in the carpark just outside of Moffat. Cant miss it just as you drive out of Moffat it on the right hand side.
That was my thought anyway let me know what you think.
