yep am selling one of my MIVEC Galants, was going to fix it up and put back on the road but decided its not worth my time so I've swapped over a handful of bits from this to my good VX-R and have put it up for $1res on trademe

Yeah I saw that too and was like WTF?

How close are those heads to an FTO head? Is it a MIVEC-MD or MIVEC?

This one is just a straight MIVEC, not an MD one (less to go wrong, really). The heads are the same as the FTO just the rocker covers are different.

And yep that rust hole is one of the main reasons why I am not going to fix this car up. I would part it out and keep the engine as a spare but it takes ages to sell off even half the parts and you end up binning the rest anyway. I just don't have the time/space for that anymore.
