need engine or sell car

hi im looking for a new engine for my legnum vr4 its on a 51 plate it is a 2.5 v6 twin turbo .i know nothing about theese cars and i bought it about 6 weeks ago but it now has a nasty noise when u hold the throttle open at 3000 revs.i would like to find an engine or someone that could rebuild this one or to sell the car exactly how it is.its a 51 plate in silver and is taxed it is not mint and has a cloth interior .it has sat nav 10 disk changer yaw etc would be looking for around 6000 to sell .thanks for looking.

You say its not mint? What is up with it apart from the engine? Also how many miles has it got, what colour is it etc etc

its silver grey got 36600 on clock interior is clean and tidy outside there is some stone chips on bonnet ,small scrape on drivers side rear wheel arch,couple of little car park dents . it starts and drives fine apart from this noise which to me sounds like shell bearings.overall it has not had a great home it could do with some tyres.

shell bearings are crankshaft bearings .main bearings hold crankshaft and shell bearings are connected to conrods

I've worked out what the shell bearings are!
