That probably has to be the worst interior I've ever seen in our cars. I notice even the seat adjustment lever is different?

That brown reminds me of old South African government building furniture and the smell of stale tobacco.

That is a truely awlful interior. Nice that the seats are electric though! Never seen that before on a JDM.

The bootlid insert where the number plate goes is a fairly rare piece, as are those mud flaps, do you want to paint them green and put them on my car?
If I'm replying to your thread and helping you out, it is because I like you and want to help out your VR-4 ownership. No other reason

Talking of mud flaps, mine has those on the rear wheels. Is this standard?

there you guys go wit your Vauxhaul colour thingy again lol.....im in process of prepping the FL mudflaps and i i will mold them aswell as the bootlid piece and offer them for sale.

the mudflaps only fit the FL kit Ryan, you must have the PFL version with a bigger flap.

SwearJar?? noooo im one step ahead,im going to do the wiring loom before even striping the Viento lol.. going to mate up all the looms out of the car as much as i can,so im hopefull this will work lol

Does or will anyone know if im abl to hand wire in the Mivec Loom to the Existing loom form the Viento or will this be too hard?
ie should i use the V6 Loom with the Mivec loom ??

and Brad how did you say i should do that high viz dash convert? i wnt the Viento High Viz dash to work for the Mivecca?

The Viento dash won't work because the tacho is setup for a 4 cylinder, so if your V6 is at 2000rpm, it will show 3000rpm on the tacho. You may be able to change the tacho electrics in the back of the high vis dash with the electrics out of a non high vis dash from any V6 (2.0 or 2.5)

I would suggest that using a VR-4 loom will be easiest as the Mivec has 3 coils at the front just like a VR-4.

    Pictures of Process

    Well Well Well. its in!!!
i dummy fitted Engine Tonight nd it fits..
iv bolted the VR4 Box and Xfer case to it.

Due to the 4WD Conversion i have decided to change the following over from the VR4 Engine.
    Exh Manifolds
    Oil Filter Location
    Down Pipes
    Oil Sump
Bottom Oil Pan Samwich(to house the clearance for the VR4 Pipes)

Really the only thing not VR4 on this conversion is the Actual Block.

the Engine Side mount id the original FTO Mount and is 10mm too shy of clearing the hole....
But that will not hold me up!!!!

Ive Converted it to PFL VR4 Hubs and Brake System so its now 5 Stud,im just polishing(cleaning) the arms etc and will respray them too with a thick Black paint aswell to look new atleast.

Drilled the Pedal Box holes so all is ready to bolt in.

Tomorrows Goal: See if i can acess a VR4 Wiring Loom and then wire it in.

I'd imagine that a VR-4 or ST-R motor mount on that side would be the first thing to try.
