i have a none VR4 wiring manual. it is a 97 galant wiring manual. if that is any help. it is similar to the VR4 but the engine stuff may not be what you want.

it is the one davcom1 did. made it pdf searchable.

From memory, there's a part number for the japanese version on here somewhere. But as far as I know there is no english version at all for the 6A13TT.

Trial and error? Lots of patience with a continuity tester?

I would guess not. The engines are oriented differently for a start.

    imo

your better off using a full vr4 loom and plugging in what you can and changing the pins at the ecu end and adding wires if the fto needs anymore

that way you only need the vr4 ecu pin out and the fto pin out,
and the fto wiring diagram to check if theres anything missing

from doing it the other way round i say good luck to you.

on a happier note i would recommend getting a mivec engine loom and using that then tieing it into the dash and fuse box. as you know its going to work with the engine and ecu

i beg to differ as i have spoken to a few people who recommend using the vr4 loom as the olny things we may need to change or insert are the MIVEC side of things, otherwise everything else is the same funny enough

you will have to wire in the map sensor stuff and some of the plugs are wired differently but then you dont have to wire it into the fuse box and dash but you will still have to change some of the pins on the ecu.

if it was just a case of swapping 2 mivec pins dont you think there would be alot more vr4 engined ftos

just trying to make you realise its not as plug and play as some people make out, i thought you meant that you thought you only had to wire in the 2 mivec pins in the ecu but you've obviously done your research

if you get stuck give me a shout and i'll try and help as i've just stuck a vr4 in a fto mivec so might have come across some of the problem you may encounter

Any new information? I need wiring diagram for 6A13TT for any languages that we can find because we want to put Vi-PEC V88 ECU. By the way the car was bought from this forum and is currently in Bulgaria.
    Thanks anyway
    Best regards from Bulgaria
